Deleting your Via DobroGetica account

You can delete your Via DobroGetica app account at any time, together with the data linked to it. There are two ways to do it.

Option 1 — directly in the app (recommended)

1. Open the Via DobroGetica app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Account → Delete account.
3. Confirm, then type the requested word and tap Delete permanently.
4. Choose whether to keep your stamps on this phone only or delete them from the phone as well.

Deletion is immediate.

Option 2 — without the app, by email

If you no longer have the app installed or no longer have access to your phone:

1. Send an email to viadobrogetica@sanselo.com, from the email address you used to create your account.
2. Subject: Via DobroGetica account deletion.
3. You don't need to send us your password or any other data.

We will delete your account within 30 days at most and confirm by email. If the request comes from an address other than the account's, we will ask for confirmation from the account's address, to make sure the request is yours.

What we delete

• your account (email address and password);
• your profile in the app, including your display name and profile photo;
• all stamps linked to your account and kept on our servers;
• badges and rewards linked to your account, if any;
• the data used for notifications (phone token, language, routes of interest).

What remains

• Field reports (for example, a damaged trail marker) remain, but without any link to you — the author is removed.
• Stamps on your phone: if you chose to keep them when deleting in the app, they remain only in the app's storage on that phone, without an account, until you uninstall the app. They never reach us.
• Emails you sent us are kept for no longer than 2 years, as described in the privacy policy.

We do not keep any other copy of the account data after deletion.
